The order is activated immediately when we receive payment.

The activation times are the following:

-           3 working days for a payment by bank transfer,

-           maximum 15 minutes for a payment by credit card/bancontact.

If the order is paid but not activated the customer should contact us via the contact form and send us proof of payment (scan or screenshot is obligatory) in order to activate the order as quickly as possible.

To receive an invoice simply tick "I want an invoice" in the 2nd step of payment.

If the button is not ticked, contact our Customer Service giving us the necessary information. 

In both cases the invoice will be sent in PDF format to the customer's e-mail address.

If you do not receive confirmation of payment immediately after paying, please wait for 15 minutes.

It is possible that the authenticating body will take a few minutes before confirming payment.

Check that the confirmation of payment has not been sent to your unwanted (blocked) mail. If such is the case please put us back in your accepted mail.

We offer various methods of payment on-line and by bank transfer.

1. Protected on-line payment

All transactions are protected by Ogone or ClickandBuy. Our customers can use various credit cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard) and Web Banking (ING Home Pay, iDeal).

2. Payment by bank transfer

Our customers can also pay by bank transfer to our account (IBAN=BE50363077423218) / BIC=BBRUBEBB). All necessary information to effect the transfer is given during the on-line order. It is essential to include the order number in the message field. If you pay by bank transfer, a processing charge of €0.25 is added to the order total.

Note that the order will not be taken into account and produced until we receive payment. Customers receive confirmation by e-mail once we have received confirmation of their payments.
