WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER

The ‘Online Marketing Manager’ will:

•    Implement marketing strategy

•    Drive and increase online sales improving online processes and conversion

•    Manage Newsletters
•    Maintain Corporate Site
•    Manage Affiliate Marketing Programs
•    Build out, monitor and manage Social Media presence
•    Propose innovative internet marketing tactics
•    Enhance the platform’s usability and features
•    Implement SEO best practices to optimize organic search results
•    Develop partnerships with key partners
•    Develop appropriate KPI’s in line with business objectives, report results on a regular basis
     and fine-tune online marketing strategies

PROFILE

•    Bachelor or Master degree

•    Familiar with the various online marketing tactics

•    At least 1 to 2 years experience with online marketing campaigns and programs
•    Affinity with the IT sector
•    Prior experience with online B2C e-commerce company is an asset
•    Creative, open to change, well organized and solution oriented
•    Stress resistant and able to work against deadlines
•    Team player who is able to execute tasks independently as well
•    Fluent in English, Dutch and French
•    Strong oral and written communication skills
•    Creative, dynamic self-starter with proven ability of taking initiative and driving new business
•    Affinity with web user experience creation, usability and best practices for the web
     and using web analytics and optimisation tools

•    Extremely customer focused
