All our folded cards come with white envelopes, ready to be sent to your loved ones. As an option, you can choose colored envelopes. For single cards, envelopes are also available as an optional extra.

To view your order history, log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section. There you will find a list of all your past orders, including transaction details and delivery status.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our customer service. Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of all your data, including your order history and saved preferences.
You can update your personal information by logging into your account. Go to the “My Profile” section where you can edit your address, phone number, and other details.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password?” on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and you will receive a link to reset your password.
To create an account, click the icon located at the top right of the homepage. Follow the instructions to enter your personal details and create a password. Once your account is created, you can access your order history, track your deliveries, and manage your preferences.
Once you are in the online editor and your project is finished, click on “Order”. You will then be redirected to the checkout process.
To cancel or modify your order, go to “My Account”, open the “My Orders” section, then click on “Cancel my order”.
Please note that this is only possible on the same day the order is placed, until 11:00 PM. After this time, we will no longer be able to cancel your order as it will already have entered production.
You can track the status of your order in the “My Account” section by logging in with your email and password.
