To keep you informed about the satus of your order, 3 emails will be sent to you after you placing the order (it is therefore important to provide a correct email address) You receive 1) a first email to inform you of the confirmation of the upload with a link leading to the payment page 2) a second email to confirm the payment. Once you received this email the production of your album/calendar had been launched. 3) Finally, when your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shippment. If you chose the delivery mode DHL, you will receive another email containing a tracking number. It allows you to check the exact status of your shippment by entering the code on http://www.dhl.com/

The last version of the software can be downloaded for free on our website. First, click on "download software" on the upper right corner of each page of our website. This will open a new page where you will have to fill in your  e-mail address and possibly your country of residence and choose a partner. A next window will open. Click on "Run" and follow the instructions shown on the screen. Once the download is finished, you will find an icon on your desktop to start the software. If there is an older version of the photo album creation software installed your PC, the system will ask you if you want to "reinstall" the new software. Choose "Yes" and your photo album creation software will automatically be updated. Depending on your connection, the download can take a few minutes. It's recommended to have an ADSL or cable connection to download and use the photo album creation software. Note: The .NET Framework needs to be installed on your PC in order to work with the software.

If it's not installed on your computer, this program will be automatically be donwnloaded and installed for free. In order to open the software, please follow these procedures. 1.) Double click on the corresponding icon of your Desktop to start the software. You can also go to "My computer" and double-click on the icon of our photo album creation software or click on "Start" on the inferior left corner of your computer's screen. 2.) then, click on "All softwares", and look for our software in the software list. Please click on the corresponding file. 3.) This will lauch the software.
